Chief’s Realty is an Exclusive Buyers Agency based in Wilmington, North Carolina. We are a local real estate office that exclusively represent and work for the buyer.

As an Exclusive Buyer Agent, we are on your side, to provide guidance on living in Wilmington and near by towns, how much to offer for a home and share insight on the local market, which will give an advantage to the buyer. We negotiate exclusively on the behalf of our buyer and work to get them the best price and terms. 

 

Our goal is to protect our client with contractual contingencies, designed with the buyer’s best interest in mind. As members of the National Association for Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA). NAEBA’s bylaws state in part “The broker and all associated agents must work exclusively for buyers as fiduciary agents and may never represent sellers and may never list properties for sale.”

 

A home purchase is a significant and expensive transaction with a long-term financial implication. It can be a little cumbersome and there are several things to consider…location, terms, and price. We are here to help you find the perfect home, in the perfect location at the perfect price...isn't wonderful to have someone on your side of the transaction!

Our Story

Chief’s Realty is a Veteran owned and operated organization specializing in Planned Communities, Vacation Rentals, and Retirement Investment Properties.  Chief’s Realty was established in Kure Beach, NC in 2018 with a vision to deliver high quality real estate service for our clients and create future relationships with our clients.  To date, Chief’s Realty has successfully sold several homes to satisfied customers all along the Carolina Coast.
